the Government feels like if they make Reefer legal they wont b able to make any money off of it... they will b able to tax it(for a while)... but ppl can grow the shit. a nigga might buy a pack of joints for a few months but when his buds get right he will smoke his own shit.. so no more money for "The Man".
Most ppl dont know how to make beer/liquor/moonshine so the government can tax that shit cuz they know ppl will continue to buy it, just like tabacco. i dont think a dude will try to grow tobacco but if he could grow reefer and not get in trouble he would.
The main thing is Money. some ppl will go to Texaco or Walgreens and buy a pack of joints cuz their too lazy to grow their own shit... but a good majority of ppl would grow a plant in their backyard and take it to the face
and also traffic violations.... how "high" is "too high" to operate a motor vehicle?.... u know how many ppl will get hit with DUI's?....
im just typing away, i really dont know what im typin about. but its all about the money from taxes on reefer and how many ppl will die from "high" drivers
i dont smoke so i really dont care if its legal or not. My body is a Temple

does anyone know the stipulations around it`s legality in Cali?
but the gov`t makes too much money off of it now anyway ...
but other than how it benefits the gov`t ...
if it`s freely available ... you`d put sellers out of business ...
and even with the growing thing ...
a lot of people are def. too lazy to grow it ..
you can grow your own fruits, vegetables, and herbs ..
and niggas won`t do that ...
idk about weed ... it`d be a lot of people not growing it ...
to me personally ... it doesn`t matter ..
but one thing i think should change ...
is the jail time around it

u cant jus go in your back yard plant sum sht and get good weed i no longer smoke but i know people that grow and u gotta damn near be a scientist cuz its like male and female seeds then you get into spliceing and mixing diffrent types to get variations of color and taste.so people would still buy good weed like dro and sht or the average american would be at home smoken that bullsht reggi

I understand why its illegal, although I don't agree with it. My reasoning is ...
because Bob Marley said so!! HA ...nah just because weed stabilizes me, on a serious note. Just mellows sht...and as Katt Williams said, it is the ultimate cure for everything...the "FUK IT" go away stress medicine for lack of a better term.
As far as growing it, I agree wit the person who said people probably wouldnt if it was legal. It is a lot of effort into growing a plant that will actually bud good and smoke like real weed, not backyard babbage. Most sht people grow in their backyards is garbage, not even worth smoking really.
After being a true head for a minute though, I am proud to say that I have quit smoking :) I found out Im pregnant and I'd be a selfish idiot to kill my own seed.
